Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to return your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers our costs to restock and repackage the item.

Non-Returnable Items Due to its novelty nature, the Israeli Flag Toilet Paper is considered a final sale item and is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
